Nexia AP a.s. was incorporated on January 22, 1993. This means that it is one of the auditing companies which have been operating on the market for audit and advisory services from the very beginning of this profession in the Czech Republic. In the course of its existence on the market the company has performed a number of statutory audits of Annual Financial Statements for both Czech and foreign clients, it has successfully implemented special types of auditor's services, such as forensic investigation and Due Diligence, it has provided its clients with professional advisory services in the field of accounting, tax, financial and other business advisory services, as well as advisory services connected with corporate acquisitions and transformations of companies.

Nexia AP a.s. has been a member of the international network of auditor's, accounting and advisory companies "NEXIA INTERNATIONAL" since 1993. This network has occupied in general terms the 10th position in the international field of auditor's and advisory groups of companies in a long-term basis.

Nexia AP a.s. is, besides its membership in the Chamber of Auditor's of the Czech Republic, also a member of the French - Czech Chamber of Commerce in Prague and a member of the Swedish - Czech Chamber of Commerce in Prague.
