Our Romanian Accounting Office provides services related to Accounting, Remuneration and Personnel Services Balance sheet and Financial consulting in Romania.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES IN ROMANIA

The accounting services will be rendered according with the accounting and fiscal legislation in force in Romania:

a) we register all operations in the accounting books;

b) we draw up the compulsory account books - Journal Register, Inventory Register, Book Register;

c) we draw up the sale and purchase journal;

d) we follow the collection of payments and the supplier payments;

e) we draw up the analytical and synthetic trial balance;

f) we draw up the added- value tax deduction and the declaration on the payment obligations to the General Consolidated Budget;  

g) we draw up the Fixed Means Book and the depreciation calculation;

h) we calculate the income/profit tax and we draw up the appropriate payment order;

i) we calculate the dividend tax and we draw up the  appropriate payment order;

j) we represent the client in front the Romanian fiscal control.

REMUNARATION AND PERSONNEL

a) we calculate the net salary and we prepare the salary leaflet for each employee;

b) we draw up the payments orders appropriate to salaries taxes and contributions;

c) we draw up labour contracts and register them in the Local Labour Authorities;

d) we draw up and register monthly the Declarations regarding the Social Insurance Taxes, the Declarations regarding the Health Insurance Taxes and the Unemployment Insurance Taxes;

e) we fill the Register of the Company Employees;

f) we draw up and register annually the fiscal sheets.

BALANCE SHEET

We elaborate and certificate the balance sheet, the income statement at every 6 months or yearly for fiscal authority.

FINANCIAL CONSULTING

We offer financial consulting in the following fields: added value tax, income/profit tax, dividend tax and local fee and taxes.
