ITC Work Abroad
ITC commenced its operations in 1999. It concentrated on the organization and mediation in arranging of traineeships and language courses in the United Kingdom. 
From 2002 ITC began the recruitment services although the organization of language courses stayed its dominant target. It was not until the access of Poland to the EU that a successive reorientation of operation aims began. The company, basing on its previous experiences, concentrated from then on recruitment services and the placement of workers. The company itself ceased to organize overseas courses and concentrated fully on employment services. The years 2004 and 2005 meant dynamic development for the company which influenced the foundation of a temporary work agency and the participation in establishing of a training centre.

Mission
To gain the leader position on the Polish and foreign labour market by serving the complex service on this area as well as by progressive widening the additional service packet- to assist our clients in the best way.

Expert
ITC as an expert is increasingly present in the all-Polish media.
Our experience and knowledge has been used in the press articles as well as television programs.

We are doing our best to build cooperation with Universities and Academies- especially to build awareness of our mark and the loyalty of our clients. Moreover, as the socially liable company we inform potential employees about new abilities on the various labour markets.

Social resposibility
ITC is trying to cooperate with local communities- support charity institutions, cooperate with national government and self-government labour offices. We are also associated with job faires, where except recruitment promotion we try to inform about legal forms of employment abroad.
