BridgeWest va ofera servicii complete pentru infiintarea unei companii in Polonia. Asistenta noastra include:

> redactarea actului constitutiv (necesar infiintarii companiei);
Actul constitutiv al unei companii inregistrate in Polonia poate fi semnat prin procura (acelasi lucru este valabil si pentru procedurile notariale, un demers cerut de lege).

> redactarea tuturor celorlalte documente necesare infiintarii companiei;
Printre acestea se numara: specimenul de semnatura, formulare speciale puse la dispozitie de registrul comertului din Polonia, copii de pasaport etc.

> planificarea procedurilor notariale (actele necesare infiintarii unei companii in Polonia trebuie legalizate de catre un notar public). In cazul in care nu doriti sa va prezentati personal la notar, va putem reprezenta prin intermediul unei procuri.

> oferirea unui sediu social pentru noua companie in Polonia (daca nu exista deja unul);
Orice adresa poate fi declarata ca fiind sediul firmei. Adresa va fi publica.

> deschiderea unui cont bancar;
Acest pas se refera atat la un cont de capital social, cat si la un cont curent.

> alegerea unui contabil in Polonia;
Serviciile de contabilitate sunt recomandate pentru orice orice companie inregistrata in Polonia.

> Sp. z o.o. (Societate cu raspundere limitata) Pentru infiintarea acestui tip de entitate este necesar un asociat, un director (nu exista restrictii privitoare la nationalitate) si un sediu social. Capitalul minim este de 5.000 PLN. Un S.R.L. cu un sungur asociat nu poate fi la randul ei asociat unic intr-un alt S.R.L.

> S.A. ( Spolka akcyjna - Societate pe actiuni) Pentru infiintarea acestui tip de entitate este necesar un asociat, un director (nu exista restrictii privitoare la nationalitate) si un sediu social. Capitalul minim este de 50.000 PLN. Un S.A. cu un singur asociat nu poate fi la randul ei asociat unic intr-un alt S.A.

Auditul anual este obligatoriu in cazul in care se intrunesc minim doua dintre urmatoarele criterii:
a) incasari anuale mai mari de 5 milioane de EUR
b) totalul bunurilor depaseste 2,5 milioane de EUR
c) peste 50 de angajati

> Sucursala, filiala sau reprezentanta - Orice companie straina are dreptul sa infiinteze sucursale in Polonia. Acestea pot avea statutul de entitate distincta de compania mama (companii inregistrate in Polonia in care compania mama este actionar unic) sau extensii ale companiei mama.
