Debt Collection Estonia

BridgeWest provides Debt Collection Services in Estonia through our affiliate law offices and Debt Collection Agencies located in the region. We provide assistance with both civil and commercial disputes related to debt collection.

We provide assistance for debt recovery throughout the following stages:

1. Pre-trial proceedings including sending official notifications to the debtor and fulfilling all the necessary formalities before the an eventual trial is commenced;

2. Representation during trial. In situation where the debtor does not willingly return the debt, we are able to provide representation during trial. This is performed by a verified local lawyer or law firm (one of our Estonian affiliates);

3. Post-trial proceedings. This includes any possible steps necessary for the enforcement of favourable Decision issued by a Estonian Court related to the actual recuperation of the debt.
