> Société Anonym (SA- sociedad anonima) Este tipo de sociedad necesita un mínimo de siete accionistas, una junta directiva y una de supervisión. La existencia de un sede social es obligatorio y el capital mínimo es de 37.000 euros.

> Sucursal, filial o representancia - Cualquier empresa extranjera tiene derecho a establecer sucursales en Francia. Estas pueden tener condición de entidad separada de la empresa matriz (empresas registradas en Francia en las cuales la empresa matriz es el único accionista) o extensiones de la empresa matriz.
