Questo tipo di compagnia è regolamentata da parte della legge sulle compagnie del 1915, ed è destinata agli affari estesi. Il capitale sociale minimo è pari a 31.000 EURO, diviso in azioni non trasferibili. Gli azionisti, che possono rimanere anonimi, sono responsabili per i debiti dell’azienda soltanto nella misura del contributo individuale sul capitale sociale.


> Succursale, filiale o rappresentanza in Lussemburgo - Qualsiasi compagnia straniera ha il diritto di costituire una succursale in Lussemburgo. Essa può avere lo statuto di entità separata dalla compagnia madre (compagnie registrate in Lussemburgo nelle quali la compagnia madre è azionista unico), oppure estensione della compagnia madre.
