> drafting the Articles of Association (necessary for the company incorporation in Albania);
The Articles of Association of an Albanian company can be signed through Power of Attorney (the same applies to Public Notary proceedings, a step required by the Albanian Law).


> drafting all other documents required for opening a company in Albania;

> arranging Public Notary procedures (The procedures for incorporating a company in Albania have to be done through an Albanian Public Notary);

> Albanian Limited liability company (SH.A.K.)This type of Albanian company can have a single shareholder and director, must maintain a local address (registered office) and a minimum share capital of 100,00 LEK.

> Albanian Joint Stock Company (SH.A) This type of Albanian company can have one shareholder, a Board of Directors or Managing Directors & Supervisory Board, must maintain a local address (registered office). The initial capital of a Joint Stock Company with private offer shall not be less than 2,000,000 LEK (approx. 14,000 EUR).

> Public Joint Stock Company in Albania
The main difference from the above-mentioned company is the offering of shares to the public, which the open/public Joint Stock company may do. This type of structure requires a minimum capital of 10,000,000 LEK (approx. 70,500 EUR).

> Albanian Branch, Subsidiary or Representative Office - Any foreign company is able to set up branch entities in Albania. These can be set up as separate entities from the parent company (Albanian companies having the foreign company as shareholder) or extensions of the parent-company.
