Those who want to establish a Limited Liability Company in Moldova must provide a minumum share capital of 5.400 MDL (the equivalent of approximately 325 EUR). Before registration, a minimum of 40% of this sum must be deposited in cash in the company’s account if the company is founded by several members. In case there is only one person that establishes the LLC, the whole sum has to be deposited in the temporary bank account.
